Current Projects

Santa Rosa Commons - Target is open as of the end of July. Publix and the rest of the development will be complete Summer 2008.

River City Crossing - Mpirical is currently in negotiations with multiple national retailers to anchor this 200,000+ square foot development in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. This project will bring much needed retail and restaurant uses to the area.

Bella Vita - Mpirical is currently negotiating with several major national retailers and should break ground this year.
